La Grange Emnitan can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house features 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine with additional sleeping spaces, 2 bathrooms and spacious living areas, making it ideal for families, groups of friends and business stays.

La Grange Emnitan is located in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, in the Pays de Gex region, just a few minutes from Geneva.

Do I need a car?
No. The house is well connected by public transport to Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Geneva and CERN. However, having a car is recommended if you wish to explore the Pays de Gex and the Jura Mountains more freely.

Are pets allowed?
Pets may be accepted upon prior request. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm the applicable conditions.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes. The house is perfectly suited for families. Baby equipment such as a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Parties, noisy events and excessive noise are not permitted in order to respect our neighbours.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in is available via a secure key box. All access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is available from 4:00 pm and check-out must take place before 10:00 am.
Is assistance available during the stay?
Yes. Assistance is available throughout your stay, and a local concierge can help if needed.
Is parking available?
Yes. Several free parking spaces are available directly on the property and nearby.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
Yes. The house is equipped with a Type 2 EV charging station.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Beds are prepared before your arrival and towels are provided for all guests.
Is the final cleaning included?
Yes. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. We simply ask guests to leave the house in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
